Access to the storage area is available 24 hours a day. There are two electronic gates which control access to the area, controlled by key cards. You will be given a key card, which will be programmed for you use, and will allow you to operate the gates when you require access.
Yes, multiple infra-red security cameras are in operation at all times.
The storage area is lit by LED flood light. At night, the flood lights automatically turn on upon operation of the gate.
Stone chippings cover the surface area.
No, the area is not covered at this time.
Yes, you will be allocated a plot for your use.
We allow for 3m between jockey wheels of the neighbouring trailer/caravan.
The main site is larger than a football pitch, approximately 1.5 acres.
The span of the gate to the storage area is 4.2m.
Yes, we require you to leave your spare key in case of emergency.
Payment is taken monthly by Direct Debit.
Payment is taken on the 1st of every month, in advance.
Payment will be taken by credit/debit card on a pro-rata basis for the remainder of the month, plus the following month. After this period, payments will continue by Direct Debit.
Yes, an official form of identification containing a photo, such as a Driving License, will be required initially. Plus an additional form of identification containing your address. These two items cannot be the same.
